How long does it take to get started?
We usually find the right developer for your company in less than a week. After giving us your requirements, we’ll present you with relevant, pre-vetted candidates and the final choice is yours.
How does the vetting process work?
The vetting process consists of a three-step interview testing hard and soft skills, English knowledge and communication skills. Only the top 2-5% of our monthly applicants get passed through this process.
Such an unforgiving interview process enables us to guarantee the seniority of a developer before they get into our talent pool, further increasing the chances of finding the perfect match for your company.
Do the developers speak English?
Yes! The first step of our three-step vetting process tests a candidate’s English fluency and ability to hold semi-complex and technical conversations. If a candidate doesn’t pass this initial step, we politely decline their application as it’s one of the integral parts of our vetting process.
Moreover, in the initial call, we’ll participate in a lengthy interview to ensure the candidate is the perfect cultural fit for modern western teams.
