How long does it take to get started?

We usually find the right developer for your company in less than a week. After giving us your requirements, we’ll present you with relevant, pre-vetted candidates and the final choice is yours.

How does the vetting process work?

The vetting process consists of a three-step interview testing hard and soft skills, English knowledge and communication skills. Only the top 2-5% of our monthly applicants get passed through this process.

Such an unforgiving interview process enables us to guarantee the seniority of a developer before they get into our talent pool, further increasing the chances of finding the perfect match for your company.

Do the developers speak English?

Yes! The first step of our three-step vetting process tests a candidate’s English fluency and ability to hold semi-complex and technical conversations. If a candidate doesn’t pass this initial step, we politely decline their application as it’s one of the integral parts of our vetting process.

Moreover, in the initial call, we’ll participate in a lengthy interview to ensure the candidate is the perfect cultural fit for modern western teams.

What skills are available in our talent network?

Our talent network consists of many different people with exciting backgrounds. So, we offer a wide variety of skills!

Starting all the way from the back-end with senior developers with PHP, .NET, C#, Python, Go and Java backgrounds, all the way to the most amazing front-end magicians working with React.js, Vue.js, Angular, and Svelte.

Furthermore, we also have access to experienced designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers (Apache Spark, Scala, Python), and Business Intelligence (QlikView, Qlik Sense, MS Power BI).

Do you offer project management as well?

We aim to guide our clients and contractors during every step of their project lifecycle, ensuring effective work relationships between both parties. With that said, you might need project management services as well. Don’t worry! We got you covered.

For such clients, we offer a dedicated project manager for €35 to €45 per hour. Your project manager will directly report to you and, like our developers, can quickly adapt to your requirements.

What if I'm not satisfied with my developer?

When we match you with the wrong talent (albeit a rare occurrence), we’ll offer you a list of alternative developers from our talent pool and give up to a 50% discount for the first week.

Is there a notice period?

Yes! We include a notice period in our agreements to give extra security to both clients and developers. Staffingg offers open communication between clients and potential talents; thus, you can agree to the notice period with your talent before signing a contract.

Furthermore, we offer up to 50% discount plus a fast replacement for the first week of development services to ensure the matched talent closely fits your requirements.

Where are your developers located?

We believe the future of work is remote and offers a significant competitive advantage for companies in the long run. With that in mind, we source our talent globally, creating an authentic, diverse, and high-performing talent pool.

Where do your developers work?

Typicality they work in co-working spaces, home offices, and even the local coffee-shops.

Can the developer work less than full-time?

Yes! We’re flexible when it comes to developer engagement, offering plans from dedicated full-time employment to at least an hour a day.

Can I have the developer at my office?

Unfortunately, at this given time, we don’t offer such a feature; however, we’re trying our best to introduce it soon.

Pricing

Can I change my pricing plan?

Absolutely. Get in touch with your account manager with your request, and they’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Are there any discounts for mismatched developers?

Although we try our best to match you with a talent that closely represents your needs, you might not get along with them.

In such cases, we’ll provide you with up to a 50% discount for the first week of their work and match you with new talent as soon as possible.

Are there any upfront costs?

Nope! We don’t ask for any recruitment or contract-related fees. We continually recruit the best talents for our network and do all the legal formalities on our behalf.

You’ll get any number of talents by signing a single contract with our company.

How much does it cost to hire Staffingg developers?

On average, the hourly rate for our talents is around €25 for full-time developers and €28 for part-time ones; however, the final price depends on the developer’s experience, skill set, and seniority.

You’ll always know how much you will pay and what you’re paying for. We don’t have any hidden or startup fees.

How does payment work?

We send an invoice every 15 days: one at the start of the month and another in the middle. Each invoice contains the number of hours worked for the previous period and comes with Net-20 terms.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Who owns the legal rights to billable works?

All billable work performed by Staffingg and their developers belongs to you as the client. For example, but not limited to: source code, documentation, illustrations, images, databases and copy.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we have a general liability insurance.

How is confidentiality managed?

Our talents and employees ensure the information disclosed by clients is kept strictly confidential. No matter the delivery channel, any information passed to us is in safe hands.

Our talents and employees have also signed NDA contracts, further solidifying your data safety.
