Can I change my pricing plan?

Absolutely. Get in touch with your account manager with your request, and they’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Are there any discounts for mismatched developers?

Although we try our best to match you with a talent that closely represents your needs, you might not get along with them.

In such cases, we’ll provide you with up to a 50% discount for the first week of their work and match you with new talent as soon as possible.

Are there any upfront costs?

Nope! We don’t ask for any recruitment or contract-related fees. We continually recruit the best talents for our network and do all the legal formalities on our behalf.

You’ll get any number of talents by signing a single contract with our company.

How much does it cost to hire Staffingg developers?

On average, the hourly rate for our talents is around €25 for full-time developers and €28 for part-time ones; however, the final price depends on the developer’s experience, skill set, and seniority.

You’ll always know how much you will pay and what you’re paying for. We don’t have any hidden or startup fees.

How does payment work?

We send an invoice every 15 days: one at the start of the month and another in the middle. Each invoice contains the number of hours worked for the previous period and comes with Net-20 terms.

What if I'm not satisfied with my developer?

When we match you with the wrong talent (albeit a rare occurrence), we’ll offer you a list of alternative developers from our talent pool and give up to a 50% discount for the first week.
